**San Yasmeniya Luxury Ethical Bikini Giveaway Terms and Conditions**

 

1. **Eligibility:** The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 

2. **Entry Period:** The Giveaway begins at 4:00:01 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on July 10th, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on July 31st, 2023. Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

3. **How to Enter:** Entrants may enter the Giveaway by following accounts we tag and in the screenshots of the post. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

 

4. **Multiple Entries:** there are bonus entries to help increase chances of winning but are NOT REQUIRED.

 

5. **Winner Selection:** The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted about August 1st 4:00:01pm CST after the Entry Period by Sponsor, San Yasmeniya.

 

6. **Prize:** One (1) winner will receive One (1) bikini or one piece of choice. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor.

 

7. **Winner Notification:** Winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within two (2) days following the winner selection. San Yasmeniya shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

 

8. **Prize Delivery:** The prize will be sent to the winner within a month following the prize acceptance.

 

9. **Privacy:** By entering, you grant San Yasmeniya permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Giveaway Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.

 

10. **Liability Release:** By participating, entrants release San Yasmeniya, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and the officers, directors, and employees of each of the foregoing, from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the prizes.
